Mindak has proven themselves to be a valuable part of Lyon Contracting’s construction team. Mindak’s collaborative and safety-conscience approach to framing a building is a huge benefit to our construction projects.
Mindak has consistently framed our buildings to meet or beat the timeframes allotted them in the overall project schedule.
We’ve been working with Mindak for many years now on multiple projects. We recently finished a 100 unit 5-story Holiday Inn Express in Hudson, WI. They prefabbed the building and supplied the framing crew. This project had multiple challenges – from poor architectural plans to payment issues with ownership throughout the project. The ownership issues were very challenging for all our subs, but the team at Mindak worked through them and helped keep the project moving forward – finishing their work timely without delays. We’ll be working with Mindak on our next project in the Midwest.
We contracted Mindak to rough frame a 3-story apartment building. Their crew of employees showed up on time and with great attitudes. They pushed hard to help us complete a unique apartment frame. Communication with their management staff was efficient and aimed at the greater good of our project. Mindak’s safety program was well defined and they were very adaptive to our job specific expectations. Their experience in apartment projects helped our project immensely and I look forward to more projects with them.
